We are expanding our Finance Team, and we are hiring a
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT!
The Senior Accountant will ensure the accuracy of financial records, prepares and analyzes financial reports, and support month-end and year-end close processes. This role also assists with audits, reconciliations, and special projects to ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational goals
Work Schedule: 9pm - 6am PH time ( night shift)
Work Set up: Hybrid ( 90 % remote)
Eligibility: Filipino Citizen

Responsibilities
- Verifies the accuracy of ledger entries and reconciles subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger.
- Prepares financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and other related reports.
- Ensures timely and accurate monthly account reconciliations.
- Supports special accounting initiatives, including budget preparation and monitoring.
- Conducts account analyses and prepares financial summaries.
- Assists in evaluating internal controls by performing risk assessments and identifying key risk areas.
- Provides audit support by preparing documentation, coordinating with auditors, and responding to audit-related inquiries.
- Analyzes current expenditures, revenues, and financial obligations to forecast future financial performance.
- May oversee and guide clerical accounting personnel.
- Collaborates with the team to meet departmental objectives.
- Performs additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Accountant, CPA preferred
- Previous experience with Accounts Payable, QuickBooks and Microsoft Office is required.
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
