Position Description

Responsibilities:

• Creation and maintenance of Material, Customer and Vendor Master Data in SAP
• Maintain and update vendor master data in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of vendor information, including bank details, contact details, payment terms, and tax information.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve vendor data issues.
• Creation / updates of maintenance rules and preparation of reports towards the data governance board.
• Ensure data accuracy in SAP and other relevant systems corresponded with requested data changes, verification of own work by extracting and comparing SAP and other relevant systems in master data.
• Check completeness of provided data within a work task for creation or changes of master data and claim actively the completion of data if necessary.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business , equivalent work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic knowledge of organizational structures and processes in the industry
• Working knowledge with any ERP system / data
  
  

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software suite, ideally also some experience

• Must possess the communication skills (written and verbal) to communicate at different levels of the organization in English
• Must be willing to work on the - midshift
