Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Customer service or call center experience required
•  BPO company experience is a strong plus
• Healthcare experience is an advantage
• Comfortable handling calls, emails, and chat support
• Computer literate and able to multitask
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu
