Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen execution by strictly following all SOPs for daily operation.
- Drive team performance through direct supervision, training, and motivation.
- Maintain high service quality and help the team understand how their work impacts restaurant KPIs.
- Assist the management team in all back-of-house operations.
Job Requirements
