  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food quality.
  • Manage inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Collaborate on menu development and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Support kitchen management in staff scheduling.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong kitchen hygiene, excellent cooking and baking skills, proficient in stewarding and mise-en-place, and keen attention to detail.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with potential evening and weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills, creativity, ability to work under pressure, and effective communication.
  • Work Location: Willing to work in Saudi Arabia
