Qualifications:

o Bachelors/College Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

o Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical support.

o Requirements gathering and solution mapping

o Effective client communication and relationship management.

o Assisting in system deployment, configuration, and go-live support.

o Basic networking

o Basic understanding of cloud platforms and security best practice.

Job Description:

o Conduct technical discussions, discovery meetings, and requirements analysis with prospective clients.

o Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution architecture diagrams, and configuration specifications.

o Assist sales team in evaluating options and framing competitive solutions.

o Conduct live product demos, proof-of-concept sessions, and technical walkthroughs.

o To perform other duties related to his job as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
