This is not a conventional software developer role and not a coding bootcamp. It is a structured, full-time residency focused on system-level thinking, architectural decision-making, and AI-assisted execution.


This opportunity is ideal for candidates who want to build long-term relevance in an AI-first technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Solution Architect Resident, you will:

  • Analyze and break down complex technical or business problems
  • Design solution architectures, workflows, and data flows
  • Guide AI tools in implementing system components
  • Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, scalability, and edge cases
  • Learn complex concepts quickly using structured learning methods
  • Participate in architecture reviews and planning sessions
  • Gradually take ownership of production-level systems

This role emphasizes critical thinking, system design, and decision-making.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly stipend: ₱70,000 – ₱90,000
