Responsibilities:

• Project Operations: Led or deeply participated in Web3 projects (DeFi, NFT, GameFi, etc.), able to develop user growth strategies based on industry experience and drive their implementation.
• Data-Driven Growth Practices: Skilled at improving key metrics (user acquisition, engagement, conversion rates, etc.) through A/B testing, channel optimization, event planning, and more. Experience growing a project from 0 to 1 is a plus.
• Global Community Management: Responsible for setting up and overseeing daily operations of communities on Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), etc.
• Cross-Cultural Communication: Proficient in English for content creation, business coordination, and overseas community management; adaptable to international team collaboration.
• Industry Trend Awareness: Monitor Web3 trends and design promotional activities around hot topics to boost brand influence.

We Are Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in the Web3 industry, familiar with cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and major ecosystem projects;
• Proven success in growth initiatives or community management;
• Fluent in English (written & spoken), capable of independently drafting English content and communicating with overseas teams; spoken fluency is a plus;
• Active social media user with a strong understanding of Web3 community culture and communication dynamics;
• Result-oriented, innovative, and able to execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
