The role involves planning, creating, and managing engaging content across social media platforms to strengthen brand identity, increase visibility, and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels).
• Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics and trends.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives.
• Manage social media ad campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong copywriting, content creation, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in social media tools, analytics, and ad management platforms.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in graphic design or video editing is an advantage.
