Plan and execute social media strategies for both brand and client accounts across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, RedNote, and other platforms.
Identify, manage, and activate KOCs, KOLs, and digital talents to create authentic brand content and drive campaign goals.
Lead campaign planning including briefing talents, tracking deliverables, and analyzing performance.
Develop and optimize content calendars, posting strategies, and digital campaign assets.
Use performance tools (Meta Business, TikTok Ads, analytics dashboards) to track growth, engagement, and ROI.
Scout and build relationships with new creators relevant to campaign niches or client verticals.
Monitor trends and platform updates to ensure strategies are aligned with digital best practices.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, campaign goals, and brand direction

2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media strategy.
Proven experience working with influencers, KOCs, or KOLs in a campaign or brand setting.
Deep understanding of TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, and platform algorithms.
Self-starter mindset with strong project ownership and time management.
Experience using tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Center, or analytics platforms
Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills — you’ll directly engage with talents
Background in content creation, campaign planning, or digital advertising is a plus
Amenable to work onsite Monday-Friday, and WFH Saturday in BGC, Taguig City
