As a Social Media Assistant, you will work closely with our Marketing Team to execute social media strategies that boost brand awareness and engagement. Your role will involve content creation, scheduling, monitoring performance, and assisting in campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, graphics, videos, captions) across various platforms.
• Monitor, track, and report on social media performance and analytics.
• Respond to followers, engage with communities, and support brand interaction.
• Research current social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain the brand’s tone, voice, and consistency across all channels.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience or strong familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Knowledge of social media analytics and tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Strong creative writing and content creation skills.
• Basic knowledge of photo and video editing tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
