Role Summary

We’re hiring a Senior Social Media Matrix Operator (2–3 years experience) to support our viral growth system. You will manage part of our social media matrix and help incubate internal KOC accounts.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple social accounts across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X
• Execute and optimize proven viral content models
• Incubate and manage 1–2 internal KOC accounts
• Track key metrics and continuously improve performance
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in social media or content operations
• Experience with multi-account or matrix operations preferred
• Strong execution skills with data awareness
• English working proficiency is a plus
