岗位职责：
1、负责社交媒体（Twitter/X、TG、Discord、Reddit、Facebook 等）的日常运营；
2、策划并产出合约方向的教育内容、投研文章、活动文案；
3、深度运营用户社群，提升交易活跃度与留存率；
4、跟踪用户反馈，优化运营节奏。
任职要求：
1、熟悉Web3行业社交媒体玩法，有社群运营或加密项目经验；
2、能独立策划线上活动（空投、交易竞赛、AMA 等）；
3、有内容创作能力（文字、图表、短视频）优先；
4、中文流利，会英语或葡语/西语/马来语更佳。
