Job Description
1. 负责社媒与社群矩阵（Twitter/X、Telegram、facebook、Instagram等）的整体运营、内容策划与执行；
2. 拓展并维护KOL、媒体、社区等合作资源，推动品牌声量和用户增长；
3. 策划并组织线上活动（AMA、Space、Campaign 等），提升用户参与度与粘性；
4. 监测与分析运营数据，输出总结与优化方案，不断提升社媒与社群的影响力；
5. 结合市场热点，及时产出内容与活动，保持品牌在社区内的高活跃度。
要求
1. 至少3年加密货币行业相关经验，对加密文化和社区生态有深刻理解；
2. 2年以上社交媒体及社群运营经验，具备独立策划与落地执行的能力；
3. 英文可作为工作语言，具备良好的跨文化沟通能力；
4. 对加密市场趋势敏感，具备创造性思维与内容把控能力；
5. 热爱加密行业，具备结果导向思维和强执行力。
