We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Specialist to oversee our company’s online presence across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our business objectives, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create effective social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other online platforms.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to support marketing and business goals.
• Manage and update social media accounts and email marketing efforts.
• Monitor online conversations and respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies effective and innovative.
• Collaborate with management to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.
• Advanced skills in design and video editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in social media management tools
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Advanced Skills in Adobe tools, Canva, CapCut, and MS Office.
