• Design and develop core DEX smart contracts, including modules such as CLMM, ve3,3 model, liquidity incentives, and voting markets.
• Develop DeFi protocols on the SUI chain using Move, applying the SUI object model.
• Design and implement veTokenomics mechanisms, including token locking, voting weight calculation, reward distribution, and time decay logic.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using the Sui Test Framework to ensure contract security and correctness.
• Conduct security audits and code reviews, identify and remediate potential vulnerabilities, and follow security best practices.
• Optimize contract performance to reduce gas consumption and improve transaction execution efficiency.
• Collaborate with the frontend team to provide contract interface documentation and support Sui SDK integration and on-chain interactions.
• Manage contract deployment, upgrades, and maintenance, addressing production issues and providing technical support.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of a 211 or 985 university.
• Over 3 years of smart contract development experience.
• Experience launching at least one Web3 product from 0 to 1, with independent responsibility for contract code delivery.
• DeFi protocol development experience; familiarity with DEX, AMM/CLMM, liquidity mechanisms, and trade routing.
• Familiarity with the ve3,3 model or vote-escrowed token mechanisms; implementation experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Solidity or experienced in Ethereum DeFi development, with a solid grasp of DeFi patterns and best practices.
• Strong security awareness; knowledge of common smart contract vulnerabilities (reentrancy, integer overflow, access control, etc.) and ability to write secure code.
• Adept at writing comprehensive test cases; familiar with unit, integration, and mock testing.
• Proficient with Git version control and code review processes; good coding standards and documentation habits.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for rapid contract issue resolution.
• Familiar with the Sui SDK (TypeScript) or experienced in frontend integration; able to collaborate effectively with frontend teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Move language projects.
• Understanding of the SUI ecosystem; familiar with the SUI object model, SDK, toolchain, and testing framework.
• Complete implementation experience of the ve3,3 model or vote-escrowed tokens.
• Participation in smart contract security audits or vulnerability remediation.
• Familiarity with Move Prover formal verification tools.
• Experience with Aptos Move or other blockchain development (Ethereum, Solana).
• Knowledge of financial mathematics, algorithm optimization, or cryptography.
• Contributions to open source projects or experience with technical blogging/sharing.
• Familiarity with other protocols and tools in the SUI ecosystem.
• High TOEFL or IELTS scores, with excellent English communication skills.
