- As an Electrical Engineer, you shall oversee on-site electrical work, review electrical design, prepare bidding documents, evaluate technical bids, and estimate material quantities accurately.
- We are looking for a graduate in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience, ideally licensed, who can work independently under pressure.
- Review Electrical Designs and Plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Monitor and supervise electrical works and related activities on-site to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Prepare bid documents, conduct technical bid evaluations, and facilitate clarification meetings with contractors and suppliers.
- Conduct material quantity surveys and prepare accurate cost estimates for electrical components and installations.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Preferably a licensed Electrical Engineer with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in construction or real estate development.
- Experience in supervising and monitoring construction works.
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Knowledgeable in Computer Aided Design Software (Autocad) and MS-Office.
