- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
- Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Install and set up new equipment for clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service performed and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service status and recommendations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of tools
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various environments and conditions
