Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of any vocational course (Electrical or Mechanical Technology)
• At least with 1 year work experience in a Manufacturing Company.
• Has basic knowledge on machine operation.
• Honest, in good health condition, willing to work under pressure.
• Able to work with less supervision and can work on shifting schedule.

Brief Statement of Duties / Work to be performed:

• Will be assigned to Collar Assembly Machine.
• Responsible in checking and recording machine parameter prior running.
• Request for product confirmation inspection on boxing for change of parts and if troubles occur in assembly machine.
• Responsible in verifying and approving machine parameters prepared by other collar machine technician in the absence of leader.
• Request of product confirmation inspection on collar & boxing inspector confirmation for change of parts and if troubles occur in assembly machine.
• Prepares Request Material Slip for all materials needed for production. Responsible in receiving and checking of requested material.
• In-charge of machine operation, start-up, and shutdown of machine.
• Responsible in the supply of molded parts, needle, Top Web, and Bottom Web. Checks and Collects materials ID.
• Responsible for the set-up, interval of cleaning, quality checking and operation.
• In-charge of minor troubleshooting encountered by the machine.
• Accomplish production documents such as check sheets/log sheets/records.
• Conducts dummy checking based on the approved procedures.
• Will perform other functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
