Responsibilities

• Prepare, deploy, and manage QuikBot’s on-site robotic delivery fleet
• Pack, load, and dispatch parcels with logistics partners
• Monitor deliveries and ensure timely completion
• Perform basic checks and first-level troubleshooting of robots
• Maintain accurate delivery records and updates
• Provide on-site support to tenants and customers when required
• Support daily operational readiness and efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Basic computer or mobile app usage skills
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and positive work attitude
