Responsibilities:

- Edit and publish SEO-driven content (covering crypto assets, financial markets, fintech, investments, etc.) with a high standard of clarity, accuracy, and practicality.

- Optimize content for search, including on-page SEO, internal linking, snippet targeting, content updates, and topic cluster development.

- Ensure content adheres to E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trust) guidelines: emphasizing credible sources, factual accuracy, clear author intent, and reader-first structure.

- Write or rewrite content as needed, including introductions, paragraphs, headings, meta titles/descriptions, and formatting for structured data.

- Develop and maintain editorial/SEO playbooks, including style guides, content outlines, templates, internal linking rules, and update processes.

- Collaborate with SEO, growth, product, and design teams to improve content performance (click-through rate, rankings, engagement, conversion).

- Review and refine content outlines and keyword plans; identify content gaps and propose new topic ideas based on search intent and competitive analysis.

- Mentor writers/editors, providing actionable feedback to enhance content quality and consistency.

- Stay updated on crypto/finance industry trends to ensure content remains timely, accurate, and responsible.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of SEO content editing or writing experience with a proven track record of high-quality content and performance accountability.

- Direct writing/editing experience in the crypto or finance sector (required).

- Strong foundational SEO knowledge: search intent analysis, SERP analysis, on-page optimization best practices, content architecture, and internal linking strategies.

- Excellent editorial judgment: controlling structure, tone, readability optimization, and rigorous copyediting skills.

- Proficient in editing content that includes data, charts, market terminology, and financial/crypto concepts.

- Rigorous source usage habits and strong fact-checking awareness.

- Able to efficiently manage multiple deadlines and stakeholder requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a newsroom, financial publishing, crypto exchange/media, or fintech product content team.

- Familiarity with technical SEO elements affecting content (indexing rules, canonicalization, structured data markup, and the impact of Core Web Vitals).

- Hands-on experience with content refresh initiatives and topical authority strategies.

- Basic data analysis skills (proficiency with GA4, Search Console, etc.) and an A/B testing mindset for headlines/CTR.

- Understanding of compliance-sensitive content requirements (risk disclosures, “non-financial advice” disclaimers, handling regulated topics, etc.).
