About the role:

As a Planit Test Engineer you will demonstrate passion and enthusiasm of the testing activities at a project level, and be involved in the planning, monitoring and control of the testing activities to a high standard of quality across single/multiple clients. You should be able to understand databases, write SQL and understand and perform API testing

You will work with our clients on Salesforce, so we are looking for solid Salesforce testing experience in Salesforce CRM. You will be joining our exceptionally talented team, we can give you variety, flexibility, opportunities while supporting our clients on their quality assurance journey. We have a great client list - you won't be bored here!

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be involved with Test Planning, Analysis, Design, Estimation, Execution, Defect Management and Reporting. The role will see you performing the usual testing activities day to day to test the behaviour, functionality and integrity of Salesforce software programmes, including:
• Review requirements for testability
• Consult with clients for user and systems requirements when documentation is insufficient
• Determine test conditions/ test objectives
• Create comprehensive test cases relevant to test conditions
• Execute test cases and report results
• Raise and close defects when necessary
• Report results periodically to managers across the business

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Functional testing expertise
• Experience with web and mobile application testing
• Strong background in Salesforce CRM testing (CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Familiarity with tools like BrowserStack, JIRA (Zephyr), and Confluence
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS
• Proficiency in SQL and API testing
