Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-quality events, including lifestyle, corporate, and brand activations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in event production, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end-to-end production of events, ensuring smooth execution.

- Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics to deliver high-quality experiences.

- Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align on event objectives.

- Supervise on-site operations, including setup, troubleshooting, and teardown.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and venue requirements.

- Lead and mentor production teams to maintain high standards.

- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance event experiences.

Qualifications:
