Description
- Develop the overall development plan and implementation path for trading business within the jurisdiction.
- Formulate market entry strategies based on user research, competitive analysis, and market trend insights.
- Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to enhance user retention and engagement.
- Establish a liquidity monitoring system to improve platform liquidity through rate policy optimization and market-making strategy adjustments.
- Develop a multi-dimensional trading parameter monitoring framework to dynamically adjust risk management indicators based on market changes.
- Improve standardized operation processes and risk control methodologies.
- Collaborate with the trading experience and trading systems teams to develop operational systems for parameter configuration, fund allocation, and other scenarios.
- Lead the implementation of complex backend system projects, managing scope, project scheduling, and cross-department coordination.
- Guide the product manager team in establishing a results-oriented work mechanism.
- Cultivate team innovation awareness and professional capabilities, promoting agile iterative delivery.
