Background for Head of Paid Promotion for Overseas Version of Pinduoduo in the Large Internet Sector
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement overseas paid promotion plans in line with the company's international business development goals, covering mainstream international advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads;
2. Responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing advertising campaigns, including keyword selection, audience targeting, ad creative production, and landing page optimization, to ensure efficient traffic conversion;
3. Monitor and analyze advertising data (such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.), identify issues, and optimize delivery strategies to enhance ad performance;
4. Develop a reasonable advertising budget plan, allocate promotional expenses, and continuously monitor spending to ensure optimal return on investment;
5. Research overseas market trends and target audience behaviors, analyze competitors' advertising strategies, and propose differentiated promotion plans;
6. Collaborate with creative design, content marketing, and localization teams to ensure that ad creatives are consistent with brand tone and adapt to the cultural context of the target market.
Job Requirements
1. A bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Marketing, Advertising, International Trade, E-commerce, or related fields;
2. Over 5 years of experience in overseas paid advertising, proficient in the operation of at least two mainstream overseas advertising platforms;
3. Proficient in data analysis, skilled in using tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio, with the ability to implement optimization strategies;
4. Deep understanding of the culture, user behavior, and advertising preferences in overseas target markets (such as North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, etc.);
5. Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively with overseas teams and platforms; proficiency in other languages (such as Spanish, French) is a plus;
6. Strong execution and innovation capabilities, able to quickly respond to complex market environments;
Additional Preferences
1. Successful case studies in promoting overseas products (such as e-commerce, gaming, SaaS, fintech, etc.);
2. Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing or experience working with KOLs;
3. Experience managing advertising projects with budgets in the millions.
