About the Role:
The Senior Integration Developer is responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining integrations and web services between different systems, applications, and data sources within the company. They ensure seamless data flow and facilitate communication between disparate systems, enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.
Scope of Work/Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using industry-standard technologies and tools.
· Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for integration projects.
· Collaborate with software developers, IT staff, and business stakeholders to ensure successful integration projects.
· Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.
· Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes and solutions.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's overall knowledge base.
Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience):
· At least 5 years’ experience with various integration tools and platforms.
· Strong understanding of data formats (e.g., XML, XSLT, JSON, WSDL, and XSD).
· Experience with SOAP/REST APIs and web services.
· Proficient in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
· Experience working with Oracle Database or other RDBMS systems.
· Experience with Middleware and Integration tools.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (developers, functional consultants, business analysts).
· Experience or familiarity with Oracle HRMS or any other HR applications an advantage
· Experience or familiarity with SaaS applications (Cornerstone OnDemand, ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion HCM) an advantage
· Experience with Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus (OSB) (for legacy systems) an advantage.
Experience or familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) an advantage.
Work Arrangement:
· Hybrid, requiring employees to report at least once a month or as needed.
· Work Schedule is Monday to Friday and between 8:00AM – 6:00PM Manila Time.
