Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resource Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR professional who can effectively manage our human capital while embodying our core values. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for developing people and processes.


HR Operations Management (30%)

  • Employee Data Management Excellence: Maintain comprehensive employee records with accuracy across all systems, including promotions, terminations, and graduations.
  • Advanced System Administration: Expertly manage and optimize multiple HR systems including Hubstaff, Google Suite, and other CRMs with minimal supervision.
  • Documentation Control: Ensure meticulous maintenance and timely processing of all HR documentation including IRs, DAs, policies, and COEs.
  • Time Tracking Oversight: Comprehensively review and analyze Hubstaff reports, identify patterns, and make proactive recommendations for improvement.
  • Process Compliance & Improvement: Maintain strict adherence to HR processes while identifying and implementing process improvements.


Employee Lifecycle Management (25%)

  • Strategic Onboarding Management: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that effectively integrate new hires into the organization.
  • Performance Evaluation Administration: Efficiently manage the full evaluation cycle from form processing to results analysis and tracker updates.
  • Advanced Employee Relations: Proactively handle complex employee relations issues and monitor performance concerns with appropriate interventions.
  • Compensation Administration: Maintain accurate salary records and assist in compensation reviews while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Employee Recognition Programs: Manage comprehensive recognition programs including anniversaries, birthdays, and achievements.


Communications & Policy Management (20%)

  • Strategic Communications: Craft and deliver effective company-wide communications that maintain organizational alignment and employee engagement.
  • Policy Development & Implementation: Contribute to policy development and ensure effective communication and implementation across the organization.
  • Employee Handbook Management: Maintain and update the employee handbook while ensuring alignment with current policies and practices.
  • Organizational Announcements: Create and manage various organizational announcements with appropriate timing and tone.


Recruitment & Talent Management (15%)

  • Advanced Pipeline Strategy: Develop and implement strategic talent pipeline initiatives aligned with organizational growth plans.
  • Strategic Screening & Selection: Lead recruitment processes and make hiring recommendations based on comprehensive candidate evaluation.
  • Recruitment Analytics: Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.


HR Special Projects (10%)

  • HR Project Management: Manage HR initiatives from conception to implementation with minimal supervision.
  • Process Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead implementation of new HR solutions.
  • Organizational Development: Contribute to organizational development initiatives and support strategic HR planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Google Suite
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail


Bonus (not required)

  • Experience in a remote work environment
  • Experience in Airtable
  • Background in real estate or marketing industry
  • Data analysis capabilities


Work Schedule & Compensation

Working Hours: Philippine Graveyard Shift (8 hours/day, Monday-Friday US Timezone)


Compensation:

  • $4-$5/hour depending on skills and experience
  • Weekly payouts

  • Internet Connection: Minimum 75 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload speed (100+ Mbps preferred)
  • Headset: Noise-canceling headset with microphone for clear communication
