Job Title: Asia BD Director

Location: Remote

Who We Are

We are a rapidly expanding global cryptocurrency exchange that has completed the development of various systems including spot trading, contracts, rebates, and nodes. We have over 450,000 registered users and more than 50,000 verified users, boasting a complete trading ecosystem and promotional system.

The platform is co-created by serial entrepreneurs and an experienced exchange team, with a clear objective: to leverage the Asian market as a breakthrough point to drive user registration, enhance trading activity, and rapidly increase revenue. This position will report directly to the founder and will take full charge of the Asian business segment.

Who We Are Looking For

We need a hands-on BD leader who can effectively lead a team, deliver results, and is familiar with the Asian market.

This is not an experimental position or a purely managerial role; it is a performance-driven position with full responsibility for growth. You will bring resources and personnel, while the platform provides budget and authority, with the goal of quick monetization and achieving measurable results.

Your Responsibilities

1. Take full responsibility for the Asian market, specifically the business development in Southeast Asia, including the implementation of cooperation models such as agents, KOLs, project collaborations, and community traffic.

2. Build and manage the BD team, set goal mechanisms, assess incentives, and ensure result delivery.

3. Design and promote growth activities suitable for regional user habits, such as rebate tasks, team competitions, and airdrop linkages.

4. Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to coordinate resources and drive projects to be executed rapidly.

5. Independently manage and optimize regional data, ensuring positive growth in input-output ratios.

6. Participate in global/regional industry conferences or business development activities, representing the platform to expand resources and enhance brand influence.

Requirements

We hope you possess

• At least two years of experience in business development or channel expansion management in exchanges or Web3 platforms, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering real results

• Familiarity with the local community ecosystem in China and Hong Kong, including commission structures, KOL systems, and agency strategies

• Ability to directly manage resources, project parties, communities, or cooperative channels, with preference given to those who can convert quickly

• Result-oriented, rhythm-aware, execution-savvy, with a strong data consciousness and crisis response capability

• Native Chinese speaker, with communication skills in English; an international perspective is a plus
