About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Billing Analyst to support our U.S.-based client. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, deep knowledge of billing processes, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end billing operations including invoice preparation, validation, and issuance.
  • Analyze billing data to identify discrepancies, ensure accuracy, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Communicate directly with clients and internal teams to resolve billing issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and present regular billing reports, revenue forecasts, and financial insights.
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of billing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant billing policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of billing or financial analysis experience, preferably in a U.S. client environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with U.S. clients or in an international BPO/outsourcing setup.
  • Familiarity with U.S. accounting standards and billing practices.
