• Answering the phone, attending to clients, redirecting calls.
• Filing and management of various bidding, accreditation, and quotation documents
• Manage scheduling of the Sales Manager/CBO's itinerary.
• Receiving and sorting daily mail.
• Recording inquiries, orders and receives different correspondence.
• Work under and closely with the Sales Manager/CBO as her personal secretary to manage her day to day activities.
• Training will be provided

• Graduate of any Engineering courses is a huge plus
• Able to handle administrative functions
• Keen to details and flexible at work
• Engineering and construction background is preferred
• Fast learner
• Can work will under pressure
• Can adapt to a fast faced environment
• Willing to learn
