Job Description

  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Support office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.


Job Requirements

  • Graduate or College level
  • Proficient in Microsoft office operations
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Telemarketing skills is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Adobe
  • Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Publisher) and basic computer troubleshooting and networking is an advantage.
