Salary: Php25,000 - Php40,000 package

Job Responsibilities:

• Ascertain that the company partner's personnel is adequately manned.
• Oversees one or more divisional business units' resource planning.
• Establishes productive working connections with business associates
• Collaborates with business partners to determine impending projects and/or modifications to the business plan that may affect personnel or volume;
• Produces volume projections for the processing and/or inbound contact center departments of clients.
• Constantly compares staffing drivers to the plan

Look for: Ms. Nica

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• With at least 2 years of experience in MIS or RTA role.
• Has experience in using any scheduling tools.
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule
• Amenable to work on site.
