Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients within the food and beverage industry.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable technical solutions, ingredients, or products to enhance their food formulations or processes.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trials for clients.
  • Provide technical assistance and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with R&D, production, and marketing teams to customize solutions according to client requirements.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth in the food industry sector.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and technical issues.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s products.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the food industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of food formulation, applications, and processing. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Client-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Ability to work well in fast paced environment
  • Organizational and time management skills
