Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Present and demonstrate products to clients effectively.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives consistently.
- Compile reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance outreach strategies
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in CRM software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel; flexible hours may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Motivated, goal-oriented, adaptable, and a team player.
- Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
