About Us:

• Empreus International Corp. is a trusted medical device distributor specializing in Clarity Lenses and Freshkon, a line of high-quality optical lenses and contact lenses supplied to optical shops across the Philippines.
• We’re expanding our sales team in Metro Manila and looking for dynamic, results-oriented field reps to grow our retail network.

Role Overview:

• As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll visit optical stores across Metro Manila, build relationships with store owners and optometrists, demonstrate our lens products, and close new and repeat orders.
• This is a mix of relationship building and active selling — ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move and meeting people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit 8–10 optical shops per day within the assigned territory.
• Present and demonstrate the full Clarity Lenses and Freshkon product range to store owners, optometrists, and purchasing staff.
• Collect orders and coordinate with the main office for order processing, shipment, and delivery.
• Ensure Google Forms and CRM entries (store visits, orders, follow-ups) are properly and regularly updated on the same day.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with stores to maintain relationships and ensure continued reordering.
• Visit head office periodically for meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Handle payment collection, when necessary, especially in cases of delayed client payments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, promotions, and product specifications.
• Identify and onboard new optical accounts in their zone.
• Monitor competitor activity (pricing, promotions, and new product introductions) and report insights to management.
• Work closely with the logistics and admin team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales, collection, and account activation targets.
• Uphold brand image and professionalism while representing Clarity Lenses in the field.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in optical / medical devices / FMCG field sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable traveling around Metro Manila.
• Own a smartphone (for reporting and communication).
• Optional: experience dealing with optical store owners or optometrists.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: ₱18,000–₱20,000/month
• Transport Allowance: ₱3,500/month
• Mobile/Data Allowance: ₱500/month
• Commission: 3% of total sales

Territory Coverage:

• North: Quezon City, Caloocan, Valenzuela, San Juan
• Central: Makati, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Taguig
• South: Parañaque, Las Piñas, Alabang, Muntinlupa
• (Assignment will depend on your residence / preferred area.)
