Job Title: Thai Speaking Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

 

The Thai Speaking Sales Development Representative is responsible for engaging prospective customers through outbound communication, delivering prepared sales talks, and supporting lead generation and business development initiatives. This role focuses on promoting products and services, driving attendance to webinars and seminars, scheduling sales appointments, and maintaining accurate prospect records in a B2B environment. Fluency in both English and Thai, strong sales skills, and the ability to work remotely are essential for success in this role.

 

Scope of Responsibilities

 

  • Deliver prepared sales talks by reading from scripts that describe products or services to persuade prospects to attend webinars or seminars, schedule appointments, or participate in other marketing activities.
  • Convert sales and marketing materials from English to Thai as deemed necessary.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or arrange customer attendance at sales presentations.
  • Explain products or services and pricing, and answer customer questions clearly and professionally.
  • Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone to solicit sales for goods or services or to support marketing initiatives.
  • Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
  • Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from directories, magazine reply cards, and purchased lead lists.
  • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific prospects.
  • Respond to customer correspondence and follow up on initial sales contacts via telephone or written communication.
  • Conduct client or market surveys to gather information about potential customers.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Business Development expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in sales or marketing within a B2B environment
  • Fluency in English and Thai
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales
  • Ability to work in a remote setting
  • Available to start immediately
