Job Summary

The Freelance Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for corrugated packaging and offset-printed packaging products. The role focuses on B2B sales to manufacturers, distributors, exporters, retailers, and other commercial clients requiring customized packaging solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B clients requiring corrugated boxes, offset-printed cartons, and customized packaging solutions.
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and presentations (on-site or virtual).
  • Understand client packaging needs, specifications, and volumes to propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with production, costing, and management.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to close sales.

Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Address client concerns related to quality, lead time, or specifications.

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Promote company capabilities in corrugated packaging, offset printing, die-cut boxes, laminated cartons, and custom designs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demands in the packaging industry.
  • Provide feedback to management on market opportunities and customer requirements.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Submit regular sales updates, pipeline reports, and collection status.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, pricing guidelines, and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales of corrugated boxes, offset printing, or packaging products (preferred).
  • Strong network in manufacturing, FMCG, food, electronics, or export industries is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage own schedule.
  • Results-driven with strong closing ability.
  • Basic understanding of packaging specifications, materials, and printing processes is preferred.


Compensation & Benefits

Commission-based earnings (percentage per closed and collected sale).
