You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and Generate Leads: Proactively research and identify potential customers and market segments to develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Utilize various methods, including cold calling, networking, and market research, to generate new business opportunities.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and effectively communicate the value proposition of Transportify's services to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs, tailor solutions to their requirements, and negotiate contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. Continuously engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for business growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market intelligence.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and effective customer onboarding. Share knowledge, best practices, and success stories to contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fresh Graduates with a strong inclination toward sales are welcome to apply
- For experienced applicants, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Results-driven and self-motivated, with a passion for sales and business development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- With own vehicle and driver's license is a plus
- Fluency in English and Filipino (both written and verbal).
- License/Certification: driver's license (Preferred)
- Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred)
