- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance customer experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students preferred with no prior experience necessary.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong team player, effective sales management skills, and confidence in selling products.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, requiring flexibility in hours and shifts.
