Myvan Properties & Development Inc. is looking for driven Real Estate Sales Agents to market and sell our premier projects. This is a full-time, salaried role (not freelance), open to individuals passionate about sales and property.

• Promote and sell condo and housing projects across Cebu
• Conduct trippings, client presentations, and unit viewings
• Build relationships with prospective buyers and investors
• Assist buyers from inquiry to documentation and turnover
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Provide clients with accurate information on pricing, availability, and promos
• Stay updated with project features, locations, and policies

• Excellent communication skills in person and online
• Active on social media and comfortable promoting via posts, reels, or stories
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Willing to attend client viewings, sometimes on weekends
• Familiar with Cebu and nearby residential project areas
• Must be coachable, goal-driven, and team-oriented
