  • Identify and target potential clients in the assigned market segments (via cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media).
  • Qualify leads by assessing potential clients' needs and ability to purchase.
  • Conduct client presentations and demonstrations and perform the proposal research and development where needed.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close deals effectively.
  • Follow up on all leads and inquiries to drive conversion and sales closure.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on product/service enhancements.
  • Keep up to date with the latest news and trends in the relevant industries.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, customer interactions, and results using the company’s CRM tools.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management, including forecasts and performance analysis.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Management, Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Proven work experience as a business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in industrial or technical sales – able to explain technical product specifications.
  • Experience in B2B sales – able to conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Experience in sales cycle management – generate leads, qualify prospects, and closing deals.
  • Experience in customer relationship management – ensure repeat business.
  • Experience in achieving sales targets; with proven sales track record.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Resilience and Adaptability – ability to handle customer objections.
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
