Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize online sales operations on TikTok Shop, Facebook, Instagram, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Plan, execute, and monitor e-commerce marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Handle product listings, pricing, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment tracking
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages professionally and promptly
• Coordinate and assist in live selling, online promotions, and influencer/affiliate campaigns
• Analyze sales performance, engagement, and conversion data to improve results
• Stay updated with TikTok trends, algorithms, and platform policies
• Work closely with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth online operations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in online sales and e-commerce management
• Strong background in TikTok Shop operations and social commerce
• Knowledgeable in social media marketing strategies and online selling tools
• Comfortable using analytics, dashboards, and performance reports
