Position: Sales Specialist (With Collection Incentives)

Company Industry: Manufacturing Company (Flavor and Fragrance company)

Work Location: Makati City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm)

Salary: Negotiable depending on years of working experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience
• Experience working in Food related industry is an advantage
• Suitable for On-Site Work
• Willing to go to an in-person interview

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, refine, and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with new and existing customers.
• Support internal projects, campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives, including development of sales tools and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
