JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Acquisition: identifying potential clients, conducting market research and

generating them leads to expanding the customer base.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the contractors’

services, capabilities and projects.

Proposal Development: collaborate with the technical team to create tailored

proposals and bids that meet client specifications and requirements.

Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients,

architects, project managers and other stakeholders to foster trust and open

communication.

Contract Negotiation: negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to ensure

mutually beneficial agreements while protecting the company's interest.

Sales Reporting: track sales metrics, prepare reports and present findings to

Management to inform strategic decision making.
