- Handling and updating and assisting with day-to-day loan consultant concerns/queries.
- Assisting BM's on pre-screening documents/requirements submitted by the loans consultant.
- Boost sales engagement of assigned loan consultants per branch on delivering new/renewal accounts.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new loan consultants.
- Escalate concerns , complaints, and other issues being encountered to the immediate supervisor for quick kills.
- Assist/Execute programs implemented by LC Relations Department
- Perform such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
