The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Luftcrete’s ALC panel systems to contractors, architects, and developers. The role includes client acquisition, technical product

presentations, site visits, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

(With field coverage in Metro Manila and neighboring provinces)

Job Requirements

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, or Business Administration

Experience:

At least 2–5 years of sales experience in construction materials

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Familiar with construction industry workflows and technical terms
• Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools
• Willing to travel and do field/site work
• With valid driver’s license (preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS:

• Generate leads and build relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and engineers
• Conduct technical sales presentations and product demos for ALC panels
• Perform site visits and assess client requirements
• Coordinate with logistics and production teams for delivery scheduling
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client communications
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly
