Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events. Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients and projects.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing regular updates on products, services, and new offerings. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. This includes market analysis, competitor monitoring, and identifying new market segments.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, including their technical specifications, applications, and competitive advantages.
Quoting and Bidding: Prepare and present detailed quotes, bids, and proposals to clients. Follow up on all submissions to ensure timely responses and negotiations.
Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales data in the company's CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Customer Service: Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of products.

Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the construction or metal manufacturing industries. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred (preferred but not required).
Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints is a plus.
Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.
Other:
A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required for travel to client sites and meetings.
Willingness to travel locally.
