As a Sales Representative / Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound customer inquiries, promoting our products, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing customers through calls, chats, and emails
• Present and promote products to international clients
• Process orders, follow up on inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Meet and exceed sales performance targets
• Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns promptly

Qualifications

• With experience in sales, customer service, or call center is an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Confident, persuasive, and results-oriented
• Can work under minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to work onsite at Clark Freeport Zone
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule, if required
• Must be available for night and evening shifts as part of flexible scheduling requirements
