Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge.
• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies.
• Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and daily store upkeep.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Stay informed about current trends, product launches, and promotions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Comfortable using technology (POS systems, mobile devices, etc.)
