Description

Central Book Supply, Inc. is seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to grow our customer base and revenue. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.


What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to promote the company's college books/materials
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by researching the market, analyzing customer needs, and building relationships with potential clients
  • Coordinate and participate in trade shows, industry events, and other marketing activities to raise brand awareness and generate leads
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, such as brochures, presentations, and social media posts, to support the sales process
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategies
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to management on sales and marketing activities

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the publishing or book distribution industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing sales
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passionate about the publishing industry and committed to driving the success of the business
